Focus on Locals operates as a service provider and is not responsible for the business performance, customer interactions, or legal compliance of the companies we work with. You maintain full responsibility for your business operations and any outcomes related to the use of our services.

 

3. Revisions and Refund Policy

 

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Revisions may be made at our discretion when they fall within the original scope of the service agreement.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

Ongoing monthly subscriptions may be canceled by emailing admin@focusonlocals.com or canceling under your profile on the focusonlocals.com website with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations requested within the 7-day window may take effect in the following cycle due to payment processing schedules.

 

5. No Guarantees

 

SEO results are influenced by many outside factors, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and user behavior. Focus on Locals does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business growth. We provide expert services designed to improve your visibility and presence based on current best practices.
